Other recent credits include CNN Heroes, PGA Awards, The Governor's Awards and America Celebrates July 4th at Ford's Theatre.

A graduate of the University of California Los Angeles, Haroon most recently is an executive at Walden Media, where he has a hand in the development and production of upcoming features. Prior to that, he worked with Will Smith and James Lassiter as a Creative Executive at Overbrook Entertainment, developing such hits as THE PURSUIT OF HAPPYNESS, HITCH, I AM LEGEND and HANCOCK.
Haroon is also a founder of the grassroots political organization "Generation for Change," (formerly Generation Obama during the 2008 Presidential Race).
It's Up2 me because for too long I've had to watch as close friends and members of my extended family struggle with various forms of cancer. Nothing is worse than that feeling of helplessness as you watch someone you care for struggle and in such pain. Now, I finally feel like specific lifestyle changes and dietary changes will give me a chance to change my own odds. I feel like my involvement with Stand up to Cancer will allow me to help change the odds for others. Now that is great feeling and the antithesis of helplessness. That is change.

Michael has 36 years' experience in the entertainment industry, and has worked on the, last 35 Academy Awards® and 24 Primetime Emmy Awards®. For 23 years he worked with ABC Television Guest Services. He also produces the ABC7 / NFL High School Coach of the Week award segments for ABC7's Sports Zone in Southern California. Through this program, the National Football League's Youth Football fund has given out over $250,000 in grants to Southern California high schools. Michael was also a member of the 2008 Stand Up 2 Cancer production team, providing Seat Fillers for the Event.
"It's Up2 me to stand up for my older brother James Francis who was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer 3 years ago, and was lucky to find a doctor who was a proponent of the radioactive seed implants. The treatment was successful and Jim is now cancer free. My Aunt Goldie Jordan was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and refused to go with standard treatments, and two years later is still a survivor. For one of my Pages, Greg Parrillo, who was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2001 and was not able to beat it. I am also standing up for the many affected members of my staff who continue to fight for their loved ones against cancer."

Currently performs with an Armenian Childrens Theatre Company as the original Fairy "Shoushanik" for Taline & Friends "the most rewarding gig, because giving back to my community is so magical."
In the past two years she had the golden opportunity to work with fantastic crew at the 81st Academy Awards, 2009 MTV Movie Awards as a Receptionist and this past year as a PA/Back up Receptionist for the 82nd Academy Awards where she thoroughly enjoyed the production process.

"It's Up2 me for my mom, dad and best friend. My dad had three types of cancer in his lifetime and lived to be a healthy 95 years young. My mom passed away at age 67 from metastatic breast cancer, but in her years with us, taught me how to Stand Up. I lost my best friend Kathy on Christmas Day. Katy faced cancer with amazing grace and then donated her body to science so she could Stand Up with us until we win the war on all forms of cancer."
