My mom passed away at age 67 from metastatic breast cancer, but in her years with us, taught me how to Stand Up. I lost my best friend Katie on Christmas Day 2010. Katy faced cancer with amazing grace and then donated her body to science so she could stand up with us until the day that everyone diagnosed with cancer will be a survivor.”
