July 12, 2011 12:12 PMI'm glad to be here I was diagnosed with anal cancer on 7/27/09 this was a week after my 50th birthday what a present that was. I was also following Farrah Fawcett's story and had just came back from the oncologist the same day her and Micheal Jackson died. Today I Support Cancer Research and also, I do this in Memory Of Farrah Fawcett One Beautiful Angel.

ETHAN: Idea for cancer survivors and Survivor needs your push!
December 20, 2010 6:06 PMHi Ethan et all, I too am a recent cancer survivor and AVID SURVIVOR FAN!! I have watched every season of survivor and even applied to be on the show 3 times to no avail :( However, I am excited about Survivor's support for this issue and have a proposal to make. Will you take the following idea to the producers - pretty please?!? Cast for the next show up for filming by screening for only cancer survivors as contestants. They must be cleared by their Dr's to participate, of course. But I, for selfish reasons, would be the first one to re-apply -and I think it would bring an untold amount of awareness and attention to help further fundraise for this terrible disease. Who's with me?!?
