David Archuleta is a gift --

I'm so happy to be part of this amazing cause, it's not a surprise to see David's name here. He is a rare person, someone that is an inspiration to us all, both young and old alike. This is just the beginning for him, I knew when he was on American Idol that he would be helping people all over the world. What a beautiful human being David is.

Amazing!!

David Archuleta has inspired so many to support others. I can't think of another 17 year old young man that has had the impact on people that he has had. He has the voice, spirit, and nature of an angel. And I hope that the love that he is teaching everyone will last forever.

Let's beat this!

This is such a good cause. Almost everyone, everywhere, has been affected by this horrible disease whether it be friends, family members, pets, or themselves. I'm sure David is overwhelmingly happy to see what his fans have accomplished. It certainly puts a smile on my face!

The Voice of an Angel

I am a hospice volunteer who learned about David Archuleta from a patient who claimed he had the voice of an Angel that comforted her. Each week until she passed Kathy asked for a David update so I had to do homework. What I learned humbled me. I want to thank David for sharing God's ministry through his amazing music, character, and humility.

In David Archuleta's World

Wonder what the world would be like if people try to be a little more like David Archuleta--always thinking about the welfare of others. It's amazing what this young man has done, which is bring people together to donate to a great cause. In David Archuleta's world, everyone would show love and care for each other.

My parents

I lost my parents and in-laws over the past fifteen years; three of them to various forms of cancer. I've often wished that my mother-in-law (a voice teacher and operatic singer) were alive to hear him sing. I'm proud of my fellow fan, pecanpie, for starting this team, and of my fellow contributors.

I lost my grandfather to cancer...

I'm from Sweden and lost my grandfather to cancer a few years ago and I believe cancer is something we have to fight all over the world. The reason I donate in the name of David Archuleta is that he has inspired me not just with his music, but also with his sweet and selfless attitude and this seems like the perfect way to give back to him.

Miracles can happen when you believe

Wow this is such a great cause David would be so proud of his angels. My step-mom lost her mom at a very young age due to breast cancer. Archie definitely has amazing, dedicated, loyal fans and this is just amazing that we could raise this much money in his name for such an amazing cause. Thank you Pecan Pie for starting this!

I lost both parents to CANCER

Pecan Pie, this is such a great thing you started !! Aside from being a great cause, its also a great way to give back to David. We all know how much he has touched us through his music , humble and selfless attitude. My mom was a famous singer back in her day, everytime I hear David sing, he reminds of the feeling I feel when I hear her sing.

When you believe!

My uncle was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer last year and he passed away a mere 10 weeks after. The way he suffered I wouldn't wish on anyone, especially a child. Listening to David's music has made me believe that anything is possible WHEN YOU BELIEVE. So let's help David help the kids, lets help David CRUSH KIDS' CANCER!!

Davids music has healed.

My mom has been fighting cancer for the last year. She taught specially challenged children for over 30 years. I know she would never want any child to face this challenge. I listen to David's music and my heart feels hope and the power of Gods love. I played Be Still My Soul for my mom and dad and it was magic.
